How many Macs can I use?
Up to 3 Macs on one plan, and they don't have to be yours. Share with family or friends: each Mac gets its own licence key, or signs in with your email.
Is there a one-time price?
Yes. Lifetime is £59.99 (or $59.99 or €59.99), paid once. It covers up to 3 Macs and includes all future updates, with no subscription to cancel. The 14-day money-back promise applies.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from your Account page on macwipe.com. Choose Manage billing to cancel, update your card or download invoices.
What's the difference between the website and App Store versions?
The website version isn't limited by the App Store sandbox, so it can clean more. The App Store version is bought through Apple. Purchases don't transfer between the two.
Is MacWipe safe to use?
Nothing is removed until you confirm, and every item shows what it is and why it's safe to remove. System folders, keychains and keys are never touched, and most items go to the Trash so you can put them back.
Does MacWipe collect my data?
No. Scan results and the files MacWipe finds stay on your Mac. The app has no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting software.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email support@macwipe.com within 14 days of your first payment, or of buying Lifetime, and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.
